China says exports to US surged 34.4% on-year in August
China's exports to the United States picked up in August, official data showed on Tuesday, ahead of an expected meeting between the countries' leaders later this month.
Shipments to the world's biggest economy jumped 34.4 percent on-year to $42.5 billion last month, China's General Administration of Customs said, far higher than July's $31.6 billion.
