La frappe russe sur un train ukrainien près de la frontière polonaise démontre à quel point le président russe Vladimir Poutine est "désespéré", a affirmé lundi le secrétaire général de l'Otan Mark Rutte.
"La frappe contre un train de passagers en Ukraine hier (dimanche) montre à quel point Poutine est devenu désespéré. Il pense qu'il peut nous empêcher de soutenir l'Ukraine et qu'il peut saper notre unité. Il a tort", a-t-il déclaré devant la presse.
