ندد الرئيس الأميركي دونالد ترامب الاثنين بـ"مؤامرة خبيثة" تستهدف الذكاء الاصطناعي، في ظل تزايد الدعوات لإبطاء تطويره لما قد يشكله من خطر على البشرية، لا سيما من قبل رؤساء شركات رائدة في هذا المجال.
وقال ترامب في منشور عبر منصته تروث سوشال إن "الضبط الوحيد أو +حواجز الأمان+ التي يحتاج إليها الذكاء الاصطناعي، هو رئيس قوي وذكي يتمتع بمؤشر ذكاء مرتفع! والولايات المتحدة الأميركية لديها العديد من هؤلاء!".
وهاجم ترامب خصوصا الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة "أنثروبيك" داريو أمودي الذي دعا إلى إبطاء وتيرة تطوير الذكاء الاصطناعي، وهو موقف لقي تأييد سام ألتمان، نظيره في شركة "أوبن إيه آي" مطوّرة "تشات جي بي تي"، وإيلون ماسك.
