La "dissuasion nucléaire avancée" proposée par la France à ses alliés européens, et que la Finlande a décidé de rejoindre, présente un "risque" pour Moscou, a déclaré mardi la porte-parole de la diplomatie russe.
"Nous qualifions cette initiative française, pour parler avec douceur et beaucoup de diplomatie, d'imprudente. Bien sûr, cela crée des risques pour nous", a déclaré Maria Zakharova lors de son point-presse hebdomadaire.
