Les députés américains ont approuvé mercredi de nouvelles sanctions contre la Russie et ses alliés pour leur rôle dans la guerre contre l'Ukraine, un texte déjà adopté par le Sénat et soutenu par Donald Trump.
Ce projet de loi, qui prévoit pour la première fois côté américain de s'en prendre à la flotte fantôme de la Russie, a été adopté par 262 voix contre 159 et constitue la première action de taille du Congrès américain contre Moscou depuis le retour au pouvoir du président républicain.
