حذّر الكرملين الخميس من أن العقوبات الجديدة التي أقرّها الكونغرس الأميركي الأربعاء، والتي تستهدف الصادرات الروسية من المحروقات، ستُعقّد الجهود الدبلوماسية الرامية إلى إيجاد تسوية للنزاع في أوكرانيا.
وقال المتحدث باسم الرئاسة الروسية ديمتري بيسكوف للصحافيين إن "فرض الولايات المتحدة عقوبات جديدة سيُعقّد من دون شكّ الجهود الهادفة الى إيجاد تسوية سلمية في أوكرانيا"، واصفا الإجراءات الأميركية بأنها "عدائية".
