Tata Sons, la holding du groupe indien Tata, a annoncé jeudi que son conseil d'administration a voté la reconduction au poste de président exécutif pour un nouveau mandat de cinq ans de Natarajan Chandrasekaran, qui revient ainsi sur sa décision de ne pas se représenter.
M. Chandrasekaran avait annoncé en août qu'il ne briguerait pas un nouveau mandat à son expiration début 2027. Le comité des nominations et des rémunérations du conseil d'administration lui a toutefois demandé de revenir sur cette décision, invoquant sa "contribution" au groupe Tata, ainsi que les "intérêts supérieurs" du conglomérat, a indiqué Tata Sons dans un communiqué.
